Manufacturer's Warranties
The products we sell are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Many manufacturer warranties provide coverage and terms for items shipped to Canada that are different from those for items shipped within the United States.

Unless otherwise noted, rebates are provided by the manufacturer and are one-per-household or one-per-order.
Follow the instructions on the rebate form to obtain your rebate. Please be sure to check the expiration and postmark dates of the rebate.You will need your packing slip and UPC code to receive the rebate. Rebates on hardware purchased through us are only available to customers in the United States and Canada unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise noted, we are not responsible for the fulfillment of a manufacturer's rebate. Any questions or concerns regarding a rebate should be directed to the rebate fulfillment company indicated on the rebate form. Please note that most ompanies reserve the right to deny a rebate if any information is incomplete. The average rebate takes 8-12 weeks for fulfillment.
